Returns will only be accepted for defective products within 7 days of receiving your product.
You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition, unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally.
